Here at Spex4less, we insist that you are totally thrilled with both our product and service, so much so that if there is any problem with your glasses, we will sort it out! Even if you love your new glasses and your neighbour or friend say's "they don't suit you" we will exchange them or refund your money which ever you prefer. There's no catch and no exclusions we simply want you to enjoy your experience with Spex4less.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If for ANY REASON you are not 100% satisfied with your order, including any errors on your part, we will either:-

  • Exchange your glasses for another pair, even if you don't like the colour!
  • Replace the lenses, even if you've made a mistake on your prescription!
  • Replace the lenses, even if your optician has made a mistake!
  • Refund ALL monies paid, even if you change your mind!

Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt and return your glasses to us within 30 days of the Shipped Date to take advantage of our unique 100% no-risk guarantee. Please note: all frames must be returned in unworn condition with all accessories (Case, cleaning cloth, repair kit, lens spray).

Here are some situations where you may want to use your guarantee.

A) You entered your prescription incorrectly due to your opticians poor handwriting. Simply return the glasses with a copy of the prescription, we will decipher the prescription and exchange the lenses for you free of charge or refund your money which ever you prefer.

B) You love your new glasses but your friend thinks they don't suit you. Simply return them to us or give us a call and we will advise a more suitable frame and exchange them or refund your money which ever you prefer.

C) For some reason you find that your new glasses don't fit as expected. Simply return them to us or give us a call and we will resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction. We can either advise you on a more suitable frame and exchange them or refund your money which ever you prefer.

D) You discover that you've changed your mind and you didn't really want any new glasses in the first place.

Simply request an RMA from your account – which we will act upon promptly – and send them back with a return form and we will exchange or refund all monies paid.

12 Months Warranty

Here at Spex4less, regardless of the price, we work hard to ensure that we bring you only the best quality products and back them up with an after care service like no other.

Over time even the best made glasses can develop a fault. Whether it be a loose screw or lost nose pad, we're on hand to put them right for you.

For a full 12 months from the dispatch date we will repair or replace any frames that may develop a manufacturing fault. In most cases you'll never need to take advantage of this warranty. However, it's nice to know that should something go a miss, we will not leave you in the cold.

To take advantage of our 12 months warranty simply request an RMA from your account and return the glasses to us enclosing the order number and a brief note explaining them problem.

  • The warranty period for our glasses is 12 months, starting from the dispatch date. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. During this period, if you encounter any issues that fall under our warranty terms, we will repair or replace your glasses at no extra cost.
