Exchanges & Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction of the glasses/sunglasses with a full 100% money back or exchange guarantee.

If you wish to return your prescription glasses for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service team via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, returns must be sent back within 30 days.

For non-prescription (frame-only) glasses and sunglasses, returns must be made within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, complete with all accessories, the case, and (if attached) the security tag.

We will process your return according to your preference—offering a refund, exchange, or store credit, with any necessary price adjustments made accordingly.

How to Return Your Glasses

Contact Us First – Before returning your glasses, please email us at info@spex4less.com or call us on 0151 632 6611 during working hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, excluding Bank Holidays).

Include a Cover Letter – Once your return is confirmed, please enclose a cover letter with your order details, including your name, order number, and reason for return. This ensures we can process your request quickly.

Important Return Information

When returning an item, we recommend obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.

If the return is due to an error by Spex4Less, we will reimburse postage costs upon request, limited to the amount paid on your original order.

All glasses returned for reasons other than faulty frames or lenses must be in original condition, including accessories, cases, cloths, branded boxes, and any other brand materials included with your order.
