If you select a standard stock frame, you can generally expect quicker delivery, while exclusive designer frames may take a bit longer due to their specialty nature. Similarly, choosing standard lenses usually results in faster dispatch, whereas specialist lenses may add a slight delay.
For the fastest option, consider our Fast Track Service, which guarantees delivery within 48 hours if all the following conditions are met:
- Stock frame
- Single vision lenses
- Standard 1.5 index, clear uncoated lenses
- Prescriptions between +/- 4.00 sphere (SPH) and cylinder (CYL) up to +/- 2.00
- Order before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, to qualify for this expedited service.

Non-Prescription
When ordering an ophthalmic frame, the frame will arrive with the original clear dummy lenses. If you order a non-prescription sunglass frame, the frame will come with the original non-prescription sunglass lenses as pictured.
