Lost my sunglasses just before going on holiday. However, I wanted to reglaze an older pair of folding frames. I experienced a 6 day turnaround including a weekend and sending my old frames. It would have been 5 days if Royal Mail would provide the next day service that was purchased. Friendly and professional staff when I have been in touch. I have been a customer for more than 7 years.
